Chief Oil & Gas is a privately-held, independent, oil and natural gas exploration and production company. For more than twenty years, Chief has been producing clean-burning natural gas throughout the United States, providing approximately one percent of the nation’s supply. Chief has been operating in the Marcellus shale region of northeastern Pennsylvania since 2007. McClure Company’s work included metering and central delivery point above ground valve site. Systems were hydro-tested to 2,160 psig for 4 hours. All systems were 100% x-ray. We have also completed various piping projects using both field and shop welding procedures.
