Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a project approach that uses a collaborative and unified team strategy to improve each phase of a project. IPD streamlines processes using Lean principles, which change and refine the way work is done through all phases of delivering a project.

Lean construction concepts underlay every McClure project and have for many years. We make it a priority to implement Lean thinking and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Our goal is to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs and streamline workflow to deliver superior value to our customers. Establishing a fabrication shop and dedicated preplanning rooms over 40 years ago was a result of this mentality. Concepts like co-location, just-in-time delivery, field access to BIM and other time saving techniques are in the DNA of McClure Company.
