McClure Expands In-House Engineering & Design Team

McClure Company recently added several new hires to its design/build and engineered services division. A fully integrated mechanical engineering, construction, and service organization, McClure Company works closely with clients to deliver energy-efficient solutions for building systems. As the only Pennsylvania-based Energy Service Company (ESCO) with the ability to self-perform mechanical construction, McClure utilizes its team of in-house professionals to deliver value driven, energy-saving solutions.

Matt Crotty joined McClure Company as a VDC/BIM Coordinator, bringing over 2 decades of experience designing and drafting in numerous disciplines. In his role he is responsible for supporting mechanical construction projects throughout the design process.

Jeremy Shughart has joined McClure as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Shughart has nearly 20 years of experience in energy services and sustainability. After obtaining his Mechanical Engineering degree from Penn State, he worked for several Central PA engineering firms, and became a registered Professional Engineer in 2004.

Scot Carabini has joined McClure Company’s team as a Senior Electrical Engineer. Carabini has more than 28 years of electrical experience in construction, with a broad range of technical capabilities relating to electrical engineering design and project management. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University, is a registered Professional Engineer, is Lighting Certified by NCQLP, and is LEED AP BD+C Certified by the Green Building Council.

Robert Herman joined McClure Company as a Mechanical Designer in the company’s design/build and energy services division. Prior to joining McClure, he worked in manufacturing design. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
