McClure Company Recognized at Annual Best Places to Work in PA Event

McClure Company was among 100 winning companies that ranked as a top place of employment in Pennsylvania, which was announced at a virtual event held on December 2, 2021. Over 1,000 attendees from all corners of the Commonwealth tuned in to find out which companies would be named the Best Places to Work in PA. This year, McClure received a ranking as the #13 Best Place to Work in PA in the large employer category for businesses with 250 employees or more.

For over two decades, Team Pennsylvania, the Department of Community and Economic Development, and Central Penn Business Journal have partnered to bring the Best Places to Work program to Pennsylvania. The winner selection process is based on a thorough two-part assessment, which includes an Employee Survey measuring overall employee satisfaction and an Employer Questionnaire that evaluates workforce policies, practices, systems, and demographics. McClure Company began regularly participating in the program in 2009 and has ranked every year since.
