“I am honored to be included on this list, and I appreciate the recognition for my dedication to making a difference in Central Pennsylvania,” said Alyssa.

Alyssa is a registered Professional Engineer and Senior Account Executive at McClure Company where she uses her engineering expertise to help schools, universities, and other public entities conceptualize, design, and negotiate self-funded, sustainable energy savings programs. She holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of work, she donates her time to programs such as the Women in Engineering Program, PSU Architectural Mentoring Program, Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania, and Central PA Future City Competition.

Throughout her career, Alyssa has earned many achievements and awards, such as PSU College of Engineering’s Young Alumni Achievement Award, DiscoverE’s New Face of Engineering Award, and Central PA Engineers Week Council Young Engineer of the Year Award. Alyssa also served as the first female President of ASHRAE’s Central Pennsylvania Chapter (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and is a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area’s (LHA) Class of 2020.

“The 2021 Forty Under 40 recipients balance demanding careers in addition to being active participants in the greater community.
