McClure Company Ranks #11 on 2019 List of Best Places to Work in PA

McClure Company has been named to Pennsylvania’s 2019 list of the Top 100 Best Places to Work, an annual award program designed to identify and recognize exceptional places of employment in the state. Appearing on the list for the 12th time overall, McClure Company was ranked no. 11 in the large company category, which includes businesses with 250 employees or more.

Each year, hundreds of companies across the state complete a thorough two-part assessment which determines the Best Places to Work in PA rankings. Winners are chosen based on who receives the highest combined scores in the twofold evaluation: a review of each company’s workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics, along with the results of an employee survey measuring overall employee satisfaction.

The evaluation process is administered by Best Companies Group, in partnership with Team Pennsylvania, Central Penn Business Journal and the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.
