Kane Area School District acknowledged a need to address existing infrastructure items at their High School building and chose to use the GESA vehicle to complete these upgrades. Items addressed included replacement of the aging HVAC system with a more energy efficient system, window and exterior door replacements, new security entrance and vestibule, entrance canopy renovations which included sidewalk replacement with snow melt system, science room renovations and asbestos removal. McClure Company utilized our experience and qualifications to ensure Kane Area School District received a quality project that met the district needs, was the best fit, and performed at a competitive price.
