McClure Receives Federal GSA Contract for HVAC Services
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) maintains over 8,600 facilities world-wide for the federal government. As you can imagine, this job requires the procurement of large quantities of supplies, equipment, and services from hundreds of different vendors. To create a more efficient method for obtaining goods and services, GSA created the Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) program. MAS Schedules pre-qualifies all terms, conditions, and pricing prior to actual purchasing. In this way, a single contract becomes the vehicle for multiple purchases by any federal purchasing agent around the world. MAS Schedules is the premier government contracting program in place today and is the most effective federal contracting vehicle available.
McClure Company received a five-year, Multiple Award Schedule contract for Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Services (HVAC) to the federal government. Our GSA contract No. is GS-21F-0063V managed by the Center for Facilities Maintenance and Hardware in Kansas City, MO.
